About grigori guitchounts...

Grigori was born in Moscow, Russia, and moved to the U.S. when he was ten years old. He is an aspiring neuroscientist and avid writer. Outside of the lab, Grigori enjoys playing piano, painting, and running.

Grigori did his undergraduate work in neuroscience at Boston University and spent two years as a technician in the lab of Tim Gardner at BU, working on developing new technologies for recording neural signals in behaving animals.

Grigori started the PhD program in Neuroscience at Harvard in August of 2013, and is working toward his thesis in David Cox’s lab.

Guitchounts is pronounced gee-chunz, with gee like geese and chunz like you just sneezed.
